Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in a housing support or similar role. Strong understanding of mental health issues, substance misuse, and the challenges faced by vulnerable individuals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting service users. Relevant qualifications in social care, health, or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care). Knowledge of local services and resources available to support service users. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
