Job Title: Logistics Manager Location: Hybrid, London Remuneration: £52.88 per hour, 40 hours per week Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract until 5th June 2026 Working Pattern: Full Time Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple technology programmes from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines. Foster strong stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates and facilitating communication across departments. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. utilise project management tools to track progress, report metrics, and enhance team productivity. Mentor and support team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to budget constraints while maintaining quality standards. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and integrate feedback into future projects. Review daily inbound and outbounds operations and escalations related to all hardware programs Assist with the preparation of the VAS project (set up of production lines at the fulfilment centres to execute the software changes. assist with running end to end tests, troubleshoot issues), as well as execution of the project (communicate which pallets need VAS applied, ensure the VAS related materials are provided to the warehouse in time. ensure the warehouse uphold quality standards, tracking daily output), to the after care of the project (resolution of escalations, quality issues). Support resolution of warehouse issues, compliance and transportation delays, packaging and labelling, software changes, and product quality reviews. Experience in order management, logistics or hardware operations Previous experience in supply chain program management. Who You Are: A dynamic programme Manager with a proven track record in the technology sector. Experienced in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.). A strong communicator who can navigate challenges and inspire teams to excel.
