F&B Operations Manager (BBBH12788) Harrogate, England
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
Take overall responsibility for the smooth operation and performance of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, afternoon tea, spa dining and events. Lead, motivate and support the F&B teams to create a positive, professional and welcoming working environment. Ensure guests consistently receive an exceptional experience and deal with any issues or complaints quickly and professionally. Monitor financial performance across the division, ensuring targets are achieved while maintaining high service standards. Drive operational improvements and implement changes where needed to improve efficiency and performance. Oversee recruitment, training and staff development while maintaining strong employee retention. Work closely with other departments including sales, marketing, reservations and people & culture to ensure smooth collaboration across the hotel. Ensure all health & safety procedures and legal requirements are fully followed throughout the department.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a senior food and beverage management role within a luxury or five-star hotel environment.
* A confident and approachable leader with strong operational management skills.
* Passion for delivering outstanding service and maintaining attention to detail at all times.
* Experience leading large teams and developing high-performing staff.
* Strong organisational and financial management abilities.
* Knowledge of Forbes or LQA standards would be an advantage.
* Someone who is proactive, adaptable and focused on continuous improvement.
