We’re proud to operate country inns, that offer great food, great drink, and a real sense of local pride and welcoming, community-focused pubs. The Pendle Inn is a new acquisition — renowned for its stunning surroundings, character, and legendary history.
The Role
As Pub Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Pendle Inn and six on-site guest chalets. This is a hands-on leadership role covering all areas of the business from delivering a top-tier food and drink offering, to managing kitchen operations, stock control, and providing excellent accommodation service.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily operations of the pub and on-site chalets
* Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards
* Deliver high standards of food service and cellar management
* Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency
* Provide outstanding guest experiences across all areas
* Recruit, train, and motivate your team
* Manage accommodation bookings and guest services
