What you will do
* Provide therapeutic support to up to five patients in pathway 2 beds for inpatient rehabilitation.
* Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to develop personalised care plans and rehabilitation activities.
* Use innovative interventions to enhance the residents’ quality of life and promote independence.
* Maintain accurate and timely records in line with organisational and regulatory standards.
* Engage with families and carers to deliver compassionate support and guidance.
Requirements
* Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
* A minimum of two years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist.
* NHS or UK healthcare experience is desirable.
* While not essential, possessing a driver’s license could be beneficial for community visits.
