Your Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients, ensuring all inquiries are handled with professionalism.
- Manage communications through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

- Work closely with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is required to communicate effectively with clients.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools for remote work.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to embrace new challenges.
