Job Title: Quality Administrator
Location: North Ayrshire
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Office based with some opportunity of WFH
Are you an organised and detail-driven professional with a passion for compliance and continuous improvement? Our client, a forward-thinking organisation with a strong commitment to quality, environment, and safety, is looking for a Quality Administrator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and developing the company's Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining and updating the Integrated Management System, including Corrective Actions Log, Risk Registers, and Legal Register.
* Managing document control processes and ensuring compliance with change management requirements.
* Conducting internal audits of business processes and preparing for external audits with certification bodies.
* Producing clear reports, highlighting findings, and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, Health & Safety, and Facilities to support compliance.
* Communicating effectively with stakeholders, from colleagues to senior management and external auditors.
What we are looking for
* Strong administrative background, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with ISO frameworks (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and Integrated Management Systems is strongly preferred.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and present findings.
* High attention to detail and a proactive, improvement-focused mindset.
* Knowledge of SharePoint and Visio is an advantage, but training can be provided.
