What will the Purchase Ledger role involve?
• Managing end-to-end invoice processing, including matching and entering transactions to ensure accuracy and timely payments
• Reconciling statements and supporting the payment cycle to maintain financial integrity
• Handling supplier queries promptly, fostering positive relationships and resolving issues efficiently
• Assisting with staff expenses and ensuring compliance with company policies
Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger vacancy:
• Proven experience in purchase ledger or accounts administration, preferably within manufacturing or a similar sector
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Confident with financial software
• Able to communicate effectively and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
