Residential Support Worker (Nights) Our client is looking to recruit a member of the team to work night shifts at one of their supported accommodation services, supporting young people towards building independence and a brighter future. The role aims to ensure safety and security overnight, while at the same time offering support and encouragement to residents. In this role, youll: Keep the building safe and secure overnight Respond to emergencies and safeguarding concerns Support residents with reassurance, guidance and encouragement Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks Maintain accurate records and follow policies Youll bring: Compassion, patience, and reliability Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle emergencies Good communication skills and professional boundaries Experience supporting young or vulnerable people This is a rewarding role where youll make a real difference to young peoples lives.
