Security Officer – Ashchurch, Tewkesbury (Full time / Permanent). Compensation: Competitive + Benefits.
Overview
Join Babcock’s Mission Systems unit to provide 24/7 security coverage at the Ashchurch site. You’ll patrol premises, monitor CCTV, manage access, and respond to incidents.
Responsibilities
* Secure premises through regular patrols, monitor surveillance equipment, and inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
* Respond to alarms, marshal assistance, and enforce access control.
* Report irregularities, notify staff and visitors of policies, and deter trespassers.
* Record observations, incidents, and surveillance activities in reports.
* Maintain safety and well‑being of personnel, visitors, and the premises.
* Monitor and set building and equipment controls.
Essential Experience
* Previous security experience is preferable but not essential.
Qualifications

Security Clearance
Candidate must achieve and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance. National security and trade control restrictions may apply.

Work Schedule
42 hours per week on a shift pattern: 4 working days, 4 days off, 4 working nights, 4 days off.
