Finyx are a close-knit team of consultants with a broad range of skills and an understanding of the realities of implementing IT change within complex, global organisations. We work on high value, transformation projects for clients in both the Private and Public Sectors and who are strategically vital for the UK economy.
We’ve come a long way since we first started in 2006; but our desire to operate client-side, offering wholly independent advice and support to our clients hasn’t changed. Our goal is to build and maintain a happy and healthy place to work, focussing on interesting high-value projects and where the team largely know each other and can have some fun. This is something our founders, management team and staff have all been attracted to Finyx due to having a “non-corporate” culture, whilst maintaining professionalism and providing real opportunities for career development.
Recent and ongoing success means we are actively looking for talented individuals to join our team in a variety of capacities. Above all else, we value individuality, honesty, hard work, meritocracy, excellence, trust & respect.
