At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK.
Our client is looking for an experienced multi for a temp to perm role in Sheffield. Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential. Candidates will be multi skilled and have a joinery bias. A van and fuel card will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Completing basic repairs and maintenance duties to tenanted and void properties.
Requirements
* Full UK driving license
* Proven experience in the maintenance sector
* Be able to provide at least two working references
