Barchester Healthcare, one of the largest care home providers in the UK, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their exceptional employee services team. This newly created role offers an opportunity to work remotely and contribute to the company's fast-paced new build programme, including recruitment for 10 new care home openings per year and providing enhanced HR support to these homes in their first year.
Main duties of the job
As an HR Advisor at Barchester Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and experience in coaching managers to implement best practice HR policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include working in conjunction with recruitment, senior management, and the projects team to onboard new staff members, providing comprehensive inductions for Care Home Administrators and Managers, offering contractual support, delivering HR surgeries on-site, supporting with case management, and providing HR training to heads of department.
