You will need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent experience in a primary setting. Confidence teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Strong classroom management and excellent relationship-building skills. A positive, flexible approach to working with a range of classes and subjects. Organisation, reliability, and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments. A passion for delivering engaging lessons and maintaining high standards of learning. Your Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across a variety of year groups. Provide effective cover for teachers during their Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time. Maintain continuity of learning and create a positive classroom atmosphere. Support pupils’ academic progress, confidence, and well-being.
