Legal Support Manager Were excited to be partnering with a leading national law firm to find a talented Legal Secretarial Support Manager to join their team. With stunning offices in Nottingham City Centre and a genuinely supportive, people-focused culture, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role where you can truly make an impact. Offering a salary of up to £45,000 and a flexible hybrid working model, this position combines career progression with work-life balance. This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience as a Practice Support Manager within the legal sector, or a strong background in professional services management who is ready to take the next step. What the role involves: Manage performance, appraisals, and development of support staff. Lead onboarding and ensure understanding of policies and procedures. Coach and support the team, including wellbeing and training needs. Resolve team issues and maintain high service standards. Allocate resources to balance workloads and meet service levels. Work with senior leadership and stakeholders to meet team and client needs. Oversee recruitment, headcount, and day-to-day operations. Monitor performance, approve overtime, and run team meetings. Improve processes and adapt services to business and technology changes. Deliver consistent, high-quality client service. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Lead projects and support business initiatives. Skills and experience required: Management experience in a legal or professional services environment.
