Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in vibration analysis
* Vibration certification (ISO Cat II or higher preferred)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with monitoring tools and software such as Emerson, SKF, or Pruftechnik
* Confident communicator who can explain technical results clearly
* Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) or equivalent hands-on experience
Responsibilities:
* Carrying out vibration analysis on rotating machinery to identify faults early
* Using condition monitoring tools such as ultrasound, thermography, and oil analysis
* Developing and improving reliability programs across client sites
* Producing clear, detailed reports and recommending corrective actions
* Working with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime
* Supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
