Description
I have partnered exclusively with a large IT solutions provider as they look to bolster their Pre-Sales and Installation team within the Digital Production Print space. This is a field based role supporting clients across the North of England and Midlands primarily.
Purpose of the role
1. To work with prospective new and existing clients identifying the optimum technical solution for their business and to install and implement the hardware and software
Key Responsibilities
Support the account managers with;
2. Technical knowledge
3. Pre-sales site visits and Teams' calls
4. Live Demonstrations
5. Proof of concept demonstrations
6. Installation of solution
7. Training on digital production print products
8. After sales support
9. Level 3 helpdesk triage
Experience, Personal Qualities and Skills
10. Fiery and Adobe Certified, Workflow software, Variable Data
11. Proven industry vendor experience working with the likes of Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Canon machines etc.
12. An articulate and confident communicator at all levels
13. Excellent customer relationship skills are essential
14. A solid understanding of IT systems, especially Microsoft Office
15. Tenacious, with attention to detail
16. A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
17. Proactive and responds well in a high pressured environment
18. Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience
Salary/Package
19. £40,000-£50,000 dependent on experience + expenses card + mileage covered.
20. This is a field based role covering clients around the UK - centred around the North of England and Midlands.
