Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £27,000 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:



Ensure all financial processes, reports and records are completed accurately and on time
* Raise sales invoices, purchase orders and ad‑hoc/manual payments, managing queries through to payment
* Complete month‑end tasks including reconciliations, journals, accruals and prepayments with full audit backup
* Manage supplier setup, payment terms and documentation via Docusign, resolving supplier queries promptly
* Monitor costs, maintain accurate ledger records and support cost control across the site
* Build strong working relationships and provide financial guidance and support to site teams, customers and suppliers



What you need to succeed at GXO:



Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
* Highly organised with the ability to work accurately to strict deadlines and maintain excellent attention to detail
* High integrity with a continuous improvement mindset and strong commercial awareness
* Confident communicator, able to work effectively with both finance and non‑finance stakeholders and build customer relationships
* Positive, enthusiastic team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude (experience with SAP Finance and Coupa desirable but not essential)
