As Aftersales Business Manager - UK, you'll play a key role in shaping the customer experience across Aston Martin's UK dealer network, helping ensure every client receives the exceptional service our brand is known for. You'll use your commercial insight, industry expertise, and people skills to drive performance, strengthen relationships, and deliver excellence across the network. This is a role where you'll be trusted to take ownership, influence key decisions, and see the tangible results of your work every day.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of performance across our UK dealer network, covering parts and accessories sales, extended warranties, customer satisfaction, and overall aftersales excellence.
* Provide hands-on business management consultancy to dealer principals, general managers, and aftersales directors, using data-led insights to coach and support improvement.
* Partner with global and regional teams to deliver our customer experience and aftersales strategies.
* Use your commercial acumen to help dealers grow profitability while maintaining the highest levels of service and compliance with Aston Martin's standards.
* Support customer care and technical case resolution, ensuring issues are handled quickly and in line with our brand values.
* Help shape the future of aftersales by advising on capacity planning, investment, and operational efficiency.
* Represent Aston Martin with professionalism and integrity, building lasting relationships across the UK network through regular site visits and ongoing collaboration.
* Based at Gaydon, with regular travel across the UK dealer network.
* Flexibility to support meetings across different time zones.
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
Requirements
* Strong commercial knowledge and experience within the luxury automotive sector, particularly in aftersales.
* The ability to interpret and apply business data and performance metrics effectively.
* A background that includes some exposure to automotive engineering (mechanical, electrical, body/repair).
* Excellent relationship management and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
* A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work independently.
Preferred (but not essential)
* Experience working within an OEM head office or regional environment.
* Background in premium or luxury retail operations.
* Understanding of marketing or campaign management.
