As they continue to secure new projects, theyre now looking to appoint a Customer Liaison Officer to act as the key link between residents, the site team, and the client.
The Role:
As Customer Liaison Officer, youll play a vital role in ensuring tenants and residents are kept informed, supported, and satisfied throughout the delivery of new-build and refurbishment works. Youll be the face of the company on the ground resolving issues, communicating updates, and maintaining a high level of customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for tenants during construction or refurbishment works
2. Provide clear and timely updates on works, schedules, and any disruptions
3. Coordinate access arrangements and ensure minimal disruption to residents
4. Log and resolve any complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
