An established organisation in the public sector is looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrative Assistant tojoin their team on a part-time basis. This is a temporary position for an initial 5 weeks, with the possibility of extension. The organisation is based in the Dunkeld area, and would start immediately.
Your new role
In this role you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. You will work closely with the wider team to maintain accurate records, manage routine processes and support the efficient delivery of key administrative functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing reception duties, including answering calls, weing visitors, coordinating mail and overseeing central diaries, room bookings and transport.
2. Coordinating meetings of internal and external stakeholders, coordinating meeting rooms.
3. Maintaining secure databases, updating sensitive information and logging notes.
4. Supporting general office administration.
