They are seeking a Salesforce Tech Designer on a contract basis until the end of 2026. The Salesforce Technical Designer is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. This role involves designing technical architecture, ensuring best practices, and guiding development teams through implementation. Key responsibilities 1. Architect and Design Solutions: Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. 2. Hands-on Development: Lead by example through active involvement in coding, configuration, and customisation using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integration tools 3. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. 4. Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with business analysts, project managers, and senior architects to translate requirements into technical deliverables. 5. Integration Expertise: Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware Required Skills/Experience 1. Extensive Salesforce Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, data modelling, and security frameworks. 2. Proven Delivery Record: Demonstrated success in delivering complex Salesforce projects within financial services or similar regulated industries. 3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and integration patterns. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices 4. Solution Design: Strong ability to design end-to-end solutions that balance technical feasibility, scalability, and business needs. 5. Leadership and Communication: Exceptional ability to lead technical teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
