VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Operations Manager for a business in Holywood that offer telephone campaigns.
This is a Full-time position - Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily, weekly, and monthly operational functions of the company to ensure seamless business activities across all departments. This role involves ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance while working closely with different teams to drive business success. Key areas of responsibility include campaign operations, staff management, campaign reporting & administration, back-office operations, systems & compliance, and general office operations.
1. Ensure the smooth execution of campaigns from launch to completion
2. Monitor staff performance, attendance, and shift scheduling to maintain operational efficiency.
3. Manage campaign reporting and scheduling of administration hours according to business needs.
4. Deliver client schedule deliverables through coordination of various suppliers.
5. Oversee the printing and distribution of raffle packs while managing returns. Ensure adherence to documented back-office procedures.
6. Ensure system efficiency by managing office hardware/software issues, and ensure platform maintenance.
7. Oversee compliance with GDPR, outbound calling guidelines, and procedural standards.
8. Supervise housekeeping, key-holder duties, and general office upkeep to maintain a productive work environment.
