Role Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Amazon Channel to take full ownership of our Amazon business — from product setup to performance marketing and promotional campaigns.
Our ideal candidate will have already scaled a successful consumer business from £5m to over £10m and looking to take the learnings from that experience into another dynamic consumer global business.
This role involves optimising the channel, improving our presence, driving revenue growth and delivering a world-class consumer experience.
The successful applicant possesses a natural ability for data analysis and insight, leading to fantastic product selection for the Amazon platform.
Experience includes involvement with the supply chain and logistics required to service Amazon within the UK, plus knowledge of logistics coordination for Amazon EU and Amazon USA.
A competitive nature and understanding of the detailed insight required to constantly monitor the marketplace are essential, along with the ability to closely follow other brands and stay tuned into new approaches and opportunities that Amazon and third parties can offer.
The candidate brings a toolkit of project coordination, a framework to lead a specialist Amazon team with drive and energy, along with a dedication to ongoing development that strengthens both your personal contribution and the collective Amazon team performance.
Overall, this role requires deep technical knowledge of Amazon Seller Market Place and Retail Media, as well as strong commercial instincts and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Own day-to-day management of Amazon Seller Market Place (UK, EU, and international accounts).
* Optimise product listings, A+ content, SEO, and imagery.
* Manage Amazon Ads (Retail Media) to improve ROAS and drive sales.
* Direct an existing Ecommerce Manager reporting to this role, who supports all the above functions.
* Select and recommend key product lines per market to drive sales.
* Plan and deliver seasonal and tactical promotional campaigns.
* Monitor and act on account health, reviews, and performance metrics.
* Collaborate with internal teams (product, brand, supply chain) for stock planning and launches.
* Identify opportunities for international expansion and new product opportunities on Amazon.
* Track KPIs and generate regular performance reports for the Commercial Director.
* Explore use of automation and AI tools to streamline operational tasks.
Candidate Profile
* Amazon specialist with 5 years managing successful Amazon accounts.
* Proven results in growing sales and managing Amazon advertising budgets.
* Comfortable with SEO, listing creation, and catalogue management.
* Analytical and commercially sharp — strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
* Familiar with Amazon Brand Registry, FBA vs FBM, Seller vs Vendor, and international channel setup.
* Portfolio of project management experience & capabilities.
* Great communicator and team player with a proactive mindset.
* A passion for sport and darts.

* Sustained growth in revenue and ROAS across Amazon territories.
* Improved content and conversion rates across key product categories.
* Smooth launches of new products on Amazon.
* Reliable stock flow and forecast accuracy in partnership with Ops.
* Better performance than key competitors across search and ad space.
