Job Opportunity: Credit Controller at Power NI
Power NI, part of Energia Group, is seeking a dedicated Credit Controller based in Belfast. This full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid working arrangement: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, with a standard 37-hour workweek from Monday to Friday.
About the Role
The Credit Controller will negotiate with customers to arrange suitable repayment options, working within a high-performing team to deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities include engaging proactively with domestic customers facing difficulties paying energy bills through inbound and outbound calls. Candidates should thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating strong listening skills, empathy, solution focus, boundary setting, and the ability to seek support when needed.
About You
* Experience handling difficult conversations in target-driven settings
* Resilience, empathy, and adaptability
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong negotiation abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and managing multi-channel communications
