This role is part of the HR Systems Support team within HR Systems, dealing with highly sensitive and integral staff information. As a Data Associate, you will report to a Senior Data Manager, working to support the wider business which includes employees, team leaders, senior leaders and external stakeholders and production groups. You’ll be ensuring that their interaction with HR related systems (primarily SAP HR, SuccessFactors, and Remedy systems) are positive and seamless, while maintaining the integrity of the data that underpins them. You’ll primarily be working independently with day to day tickets. However, the role will also work collaboratively with the wider HR Systems team to manage more complex systems and technology problems, projects, and initiatives. Your Key Responsibilities And Impact
Work on daily ticketed items from the wider business, answering, supporting, and resolving 2nd line queries related to HR Systems such as Launchpad, the Leave Portal and myDevelopment. Respond in a timely manner to daily ticketed items, in line with SLAs Support the business in the use of HR self-service portals by resolving issues up to medium level complexity, including HR Manager Requests and the Leave and Absence Portal Work collaboratively with the wider team to manage more complex systems and technology problems, projects, and initiatives Your Skills And Experience
The ideal candidate needs to have good analytical skills and attention to detail. Prior knowledge and working experience of SAP systems and/or Success Factors is desirable, and some experience of managing organisational structures within SAP - or similar HR systems – is also advantageous. You will feel comfortable supporting self-service users within SAP or similar HR systems. This role will require someone with great communication (verbal, written, listening) and IT skills, who is able to work to a hard deadline, and manage conflicting priorities. You should also have a strong customer focus and customer satisfaction ethic, and feel empowered to go above and beyond to support the colleague. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to keep up to date with the latest HR Systems processes, and can share these learnings with the wider HR Systems Support team. Finally, you can innovate when dealing with problems you face in unique situations; you should feel comfortable working alone, or in collaboration with fellow team members on joint projects or work items.
