Nursery Practitioner
- Annual Salary: £26,000 - £32,000
- Location: Redhill
- Job Type: Full-time (4 days per week)
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team and provide the highest level of care and education for children attending our nursery. This role is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood development and looking to work in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Ensure the individual needs of children are identified and met consistently.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and practices at all times.
- Maintain positive working relationships with staff, parents, and carers.
- Implement educational programs that cater to the needs of children at different developmental stages.
- Observe, assess, and record each child's progress, sharing results with parents and colleagues.
- Ensure the learning environment is safe, clean, and well-organized.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your professional skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualifications in Childcare (Level 2 or Level 3) are desirable, but not essential. Relevant nursery experience will be considered.
- Demonstrable experience in providing high-quality childcare and education.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
