Location: Warwickshire (the postholder will be expected to work flexibly across all hubs Leamington, Rugby, Nuneaton and has a choice of main base)
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary:£27,861.26 - £32,002.35 pro rata*

Responsibilities
Change Grow Live in Warwickshire are introducing a new team and are looking for 6 Family First Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinators join this team, working alongside the Warwickshire Children’s Team.
We are committed to improving the services we provide and therefore we are looking to recruit someone with the same ambition.
Aligned with evidenced-based model of Family Safeguarding under the principles of the Families First for Children Pathfinder Programme, this role will support their aim to build service capacity, strengthen multi-agency working, reduce transitions between services, and embed substance misuse workers into the Children & Families Team to better support whole-family working.
The Family First Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinators will work alongside Children’s Services, providing intensive support to families on Child Protection and/or Child in Need Plans who have drug and/or alcohol misuse issues which could potentially be putting their children, families or themselves at risk. The team will be co-located across the 6 Family Help Locality Teams, and the Family and Adolescent Support Team (FAST).
The Family First Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinators will be required to deliver high-quality service provision by creating an ambitious family focused culture and provide a continually improving and innovative service.
Family First Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinators will work to help families overcome complex problems, enabling them to become reintegrated into society by promoting individual, family, and community involvement. You will empower service users and families to promote hope, empowerment, choices, control, and opportunities that assist people to reach their full potential as individuals.
