As Held Health continues to grow, we are investing intentionally in how we support, develop, and sustain excellent clinical practice. This role exists to ensure that our values, evidence base, and neuro-affirming approach are consistently reflected in day today work and that our clinicians feel supported to grow with confidence.
In the early stages, the role will focus on understanding current practice, identifying strengths and capability gaps, and cocreating the foundations of the Academy alongside clinical and operational leaders. Over time, this will evolve into a structured, supportive learning environment that enhances quality, consistency, and clinician experience.
Main duties of the job
To deliver high quality, patient centred services across the NHS and privately commissioned pathways, partnering with commissioners, clinicians and communities to improve access, outcomes and experiences of care, the role of Bid Manager plays a critical role. They ensure we win the right contracts to enable us to do more of what we do best. They manage and coordinate bids and tenders from opportunity through to submission, working closely with Clinical, Operational, Finance and Leadership teams.
About us
Held Health is a growing healthcare organisation redefining assessment and support for neurodivergent children, young people and adults across the UK. We deliver evidence based pathways for Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and mental health, underpinned by robust governance, thoughtful use of data, and a strong commitment to quality.
Our culture is collaborative, values led and genuinely neuro affirming. We prioritise reflective practice, psychological safety, and meaningful professional development, creating an environment where clinicians feel trusted, supported and heard. Multidisciplinary working is central to what we do, with close collaboration across clinical, operational and leadership teams.
As an organisation, we are building modern, digital first services that improve access, consistency and outcomes for families. Staff at Held Health benefit from regular clinical supervision, strong peer support, flexibility where possible, and opportunities to shape services as we grow. Our ambition is simple: to deliver care so exceptional that it becomes the natural choice people recommend to others.
