Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for the flexibility of supply work? Tradewind is seeking proactive HLTAs to support a variety of welcoming primary schools across Birmingham. The Role: Lead whole-class teaching during teacher PPA time and planned absences. Deliver interventions in 1:1 or small-group settings to boost progress in literacy and numeracy. Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. Support development across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.We Are Looking For HLTA Status (essential) or equivalent experience delivering whole-class lessons. Primary School Experience with a solid understanding of the UK curriculum. Flexibility and Adaptability to hit the ground running in different school environments.
