Position: ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT, BAND 2
Salary: £25,694 – £27,900 pro rata
Contract: FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT UNTIL 30 SEPTEMBER 2026 (MATERNITY COVER)
Location: Based within the Dermatology Department within Ninewells Hospital
Opportunity: An exciting opportunity within a fast-paced environment to provide an efficient administrative service within the Specialist Surgery Division.
Requirements: Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a high level of literacy and numeracy. The administrative duties require general administrative experience with computer systems and typing skills. Experience of specific NHS Tayside IT systems is not essential.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment. Information on the Healthcare Support Worker Regulations can be found on NHS Tayside Staffnet.
Hours: 22 hours per week, between Monday and Friday
