WN Properties is an Estate and Lettings Agency based in Shenfield, Essex. WN Properties is part of the same group as Northwood Chelmsford, and occasionally there may be an overlap of working between the two offices.
The role will be mainly focused on Sales, but at time to time you may need to assist with lettings and management.
Ideally, the individual will work 5 days in a week, with every other Saturday, with a day of in lieu for the Saturday.
Must have UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Starting Salary £25,000 Per Annum + generous commission and bonus structure
Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Negotiator, based in Brentwood. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for managing property sales, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the negotiation process. Daily tasks will include liaising with potential buyers and sellers, conducting property viewings, coordinating offers, maintaining accurate property records, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the growth and reputation of WN Properties.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in estate agency practices, including property sales and lettings
* Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective interactions with clients
* Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive client experiences
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to tasks
* Prior experience in the property industry or related field is a plus
* Relevant certification or training in real estate is advantageous
* Knowledge of the local property market in Brentwood is highly desirable
