As Lettings Branch Manager, you'll lead and inspire your team, drive business growth, and build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring a smooth and compliant lettings process from start to finish. With a three-month retainer to support you while building your pipeline, uncapped earnings, and fully funded industry qualifications, this is a role designed for someone who's serious about progressing in their lettings career.,
* Lead & Inspire: Run daily team meetings, coach staff to meet KPIs, and hold one-to-ones to track and support individual performance.
* Drive Business Growth: Generate new and repeat business, build a strong pipeline, and identify opportunities to expand market share.
* Client Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with landlords and tenants.
* Property Management: Liaise with tenants, arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree tenancies.
* Ensure Compliance: Maintain high standards and ensure adherence to all lettings regulations.
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential lettings at Senior Negotiator level or above
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
* Strong business planning and market awareness
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Sound knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
* Highly organised with the ability to manage high volumes of work
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Full UK manual driving licence
