General Roles and Responsibilities
To ensure the greatest possible progress and development of students through high quality teaching and learning, you will:
* Set consistently high expectations and standards

* Inspire trust and confidence in students and colleagues
* Build trust and confidence in both students and colleagues
In this role you will be trained to work more proactively and independently, providing targeted support to a range of students both with and without specific needs, adapting learning, and leading small group or one‑to‑one interventions. The position offers clear professional progression, with training and support to empower staff to make a real difference in student progress and development.
Inclusion Support Practitioners will collaborate closely with teachers, internally contracted specialists such as educational psychologists, speech and language professionals, family liaison teams, and, through our partnership with the NHS, have access to Education Mental Health Support Teams and external services such as local authority teams, ensuring a joined‑up approach to each child’s learning, wellbeing, and personal development.
