Job Description
We are looking for talented individuals to help grow Oracle’s HCM market across the UK and Europe. You will be experienced in the HCM and Talent Management domains, and as an engaging presenter, have the presence and credibility to facilitate business-level discussions with an executive audience.
What you will bring:
* The ability to conduct detailed discovery, account planning, and solution mapping to meet critical business needs.
* Strong understanding of cloud/SaaS applications, related propositions, and service delivery.
* Excellent written skills with experience in preparing responses to complex RFPs.
* Strong relationship-building skills to develop connections across Oracle, our partner ecosystem, and our clients to create customer advocacy for Oracle and its solutions.
* Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying technology/applications to client business. Facilitates customer understanding through presentations, demonstrations, and benchmarks; supports throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will become a specialist in at least one aspect of Oracle’s HCM solutions supporting the entire employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with peers across the sales cycle to achieve sales targets and ensure ongoing success with Oracle cloud customers.
* Maintain a deep knowledge of competitive offerings.
* Understand business outcomes achievable through solution deployment.
* Educate customers and partner organizations on Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and value propositions.
* Support effective handovers from pre-sales to implementation.
* Contribute to customer success and build references.
