Job Title: Data Analyst

The Opportunity
I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing SaaS business based in Bristol that is looking to hire a Data Analyst to join their expanding data function.
This role offers the chance to work at the heart of a product-driven organisation, where data is central to shaping customer experience, product development and commercial strategy. You’ll collaborate with teams across product, marketing, customer success and engineering to deliver insights that directly influence business growth and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities
* Analyse product, customer and commercial data to uncover trends, behaviours and opportunities for growth.
* Build and maintain dashboards and visualisations to track KPIs across product usage, customer engagement and revenue performance.
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.
* Support the development and optimisation of data models and pipelines to ensure reliable and scalable reporting.
* Deliver insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Contribute to improving data quality, governance, and analytics best practices across the organisation.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience working as a Data Analyst, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
* Strong SQL skills with experience querying large, complex datasets.
* Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
* Experience using Python for data analysis and manipulation.
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Desirable Skills
* Experience working with product analytics, customer journey data or subscription-based metrics (e.g. churn, LTV, CAC).
* Understanding of data warehousing concepts and modern data stack tools.
* Experience collaborating with product or engineering teams in an agile environment.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
