This is an exciting new permanent Marketing Manager position, the first of its kind to be recruited by our clients who are based in South Wales. You will join this growing company at an exciting time, acting as the point of contact for a number of large, high-profile clients, and being responsible for the delivery of associated marketing campaigns and strategies. You will work collaboratively with the New Product Development and commercial teams to develop future strategies.
Your new role
You will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across a variety of channels both online and offline. You will contribute to the development and execution of brand strategies that enhance brand awareness and customer perception. You will develop high-quality content for a range of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing and communications. You will support online marketing efforts, such as SEO, social media marketing, advertising, and email campaigns, and track their effectiveness, reporting and providing recommendations for future improvements. You will work closely with customers to ensure that the marketing strategy aligns with business objectives, and you will coordinate marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and collaboration across teams and stakeholders. You will conduct research to gather customer insights, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor activities to develop future strategies. You will also assist in managing and tracking the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated resources.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with solid practical marketing experience, with the ability to create and manage robust marketing initiatives. You will be able to work autonomously, managing a range of online and offline marketing channels. Strong relationship-building skills are essential, as you will be customer-facing and the main point of contact for a range of large, high-profile clients. Extensive experience in using market analysis tools and the ability to track and evaluate campaign performance are required.
What you'll get in return
This is a permanent opportunity with a salary of £60,000 per annum, plus a car allowance and a performance-related bonus. Other benefits include 33 days of annual leave, inclusive of public holidays.
You can choose your office base from either Pontyclun or Swansea, but please note that travel to both locations, along with regular travel to London, is an essential part of this role. Some working from home will be offered.
