Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a popular local authority based in Warwickshire. They are looking for a Locum Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. The role is on a hybrid basis and is on a 3 months contract with potential to extend. They are looking for someone who is Newly qualified to 3 years PQE in Litigation Law. This role pays a competitive rate of: PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £26.04 - £31.31 per hour Umbrella - £29-£35 per hour Responsibilities as a Locum Litigation Solicitor: Dealing with criminal litigation including advising on cases and drafting information’s and conducting cases in the magistrates court. Liaise with and instruct the counsel or external solicitors where needed. Dealing with civil litigation cases including the preparation and conduct of cases in the county court and high court About you as a Locum Litigation Solicitor : A qualified Solicitor NQ- 3 years PQE in Litigation law Drafting Legal documents to a high-quality standard Ability to meet the travel requirements of the role Flexible and team oriented approach.
