The Exec Head is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to assist with kitchen management and prepare high-quality dishes for a multi-outlet operation with an excellent reputation. The property offers all-day dining, including breakfast, bar, and fine dining, with all dishes made from scratch using fresh, local ingredients to a rosette standard. As a popular wedding venue, it experiences high volume during peak seasons, requiring a Junior Sous Chef capable of managing all sections under pressure and leading junior team members.
Requirements:
Experienced Junior Sous Chef with the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation and ensure standards meet expectations. A stable background in high-volume, multi-outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential.
