Warehouse Manager - Modern E-Commerce Fulfillment Centre (Newry, Northern Ireland) Full-Time | On-Site | Growing E-Commerce Group Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 We are expanding our operations into Newry and are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our modern e-commerce fulfilment centre. Our business distributes Automotive and Architectural Styling and Decor Products to customers across the UK & Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company and play a key role in shaping our new Northern Ireland hub. Role Overview As Warehouse Manager and Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of our fulfilment centre. You will oversee daily warehouse activities, lead and support staff, and ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time. This role suits someone who is organised, proactive, and confident in taking ownership of warehouse operations. We only operate weekdays during normal trading hours. We are open to somebody with a higher skill set who could manage more tasks with an interest or experience in E-Commerce but training can be provided. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of the warehouse and fulfilment floor Oversee and contribute to picking, packing, and dispatch operations Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular stock checks Receive, inspect, and book in incoming and outgoing deliveries Coordinate collections and liaise with delivery couriers (Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL etc.) Assign duties to warehouse staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment Drive continuous improvement- suggesting and implementing productivity and efficiency enhancements Operate forklifts safely and in accordance with training and regulations Support management with reporting and operational planning Required Skills & Attributes Valid forklift licence/certification - Training can be provided We value personality and work ethic above all else, as our goal is to build a friendly, motivated team environment Strong work ethic with a responsible, proactive, get things done approach Ability to work independently and use initiative Confidence in assigning, prioritising, and adapting tasks to meet strict deadlines Good numerical, literacy, and written/verbal communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Strong IT skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical or system issues as they arise Bonus Skills (Not Essential but Advantageous) Experience in any of the following will be a strong advantage: Warehouse management or supervisory experience E-commerce fulfilment skills (warehouse or office-based) Experience in signage, vinyl films, or vehicle wrapping trades or workshops Good IT skills (inventory systems, label printers, scanners, basic office tools, etc.) What We Offer Opportunity to be a key part and leader of an expanding e-commerce operation Modern warehouse environment with efficient workflows and systems Training and support from a dynamic management team Competitive salary based on experience with yearly reviews Long-term career growth as the business expands please press APPLY if this role suits you.
