About Fanatical Based in Staffordshire, in the heart of the UK, Fanatical.com —part of the Fandom family—is a leading global e-commerce retailer for PC video games. Working with over 1800 game publishers/developers, we have sold over 151,000,000 games to date. We are currently looking for a talented individual to join one of our most critical departments: the Store Administration section of our Operations team. If you are an experienced administrator with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for your craft, we want to hear from you. This role is perfect for a proactive go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a dynamic, high-volume workload. Note: this role is based in Rugeley, Staffordshire; it is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days of office attendance after training completion. About this Role As a Store Administrator, you are the engine behind the Fanatical storefront, ensuring every digital product is perfectly presented and ready for launch. This role blends digital merchandising, precise data management, and active community engagement. Storefront Curation: You will work on the technical setup of new titles and custom game bundles, managing everything from SEO-optimised marketing copy and pricing to the secure upload of activation keys. Asset & Workflow Coordination: Acting as a bridge between departments, you will brief the Graphics team via Trello for visual assets and collaborate with the Commercial team to ensure all product files are correctly sourced and processed. Operational Accuracy: You will maintain the "source of truth" for the department by keeping tracking spreadsheets (WIP, key purchases) up to date and assisting with the management of paid key stock (PO) orders. Agile Problem Solving: Occasionally, beyond standard hours, you'll act as a first line of defence to fix product issues, supporting Customer Service and Engineering to ensure a seamless experience for global gamers. You Will Create product pages for new titles licensed for the Fanatical Store using setup information provided by either the Commercial team or one of our publishing partners (Genba, Ztorm, or VaultN). After creating the pages, you will upload assets to them, including artwork, marketing copy, pricing, system requirements, royalty rates, and product activation keys. As directed, use Files.com to download any key files provided by the Commercial team. Work with Marketing to identify and improve product pages to improve SEO and conversion rates. Work with the Customer Support team to assist with customer product enquiries that arise. Answer queries from the business via the different Slack channels, including updating products, pricing, etc. Where essential and within reason, respond to and fix any out-of-hours product issues that may arise. This may also mean bringing such issues to the attention of the Commercial and/or Engineering teams. Brief the Graphics team via Trello for any product page artworks, banners, etc., as required for games and bundles. As and when required, moderate on-site customer reviews and remove any deemed unsuitable. Ensure all department spreadsheets are kept up to date. For example, WIP, key purchases, and outstanding tasks that are located in the Asana app. Assist with the management of PO (paid key stock) keys and orders. Provide cover for the other team members as and when required (for example, holidays and illness). You Have 3 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a confident communicator. Ability to effectively plan and prioritise tasks as well as work on multiple tasks at a given time. Proven track record in being highly organised and thorough, with a very strong eye for accuracy and detail. Composed under pressure: Maintains a level head and decisive action during high-stakes, time-sensitive crises. Open-Minded & Collaborative: Willing to pivot and adopt new methodologies that benefit the wider team and business goals. Composed and Focused: Able to "keep your head down" and deliver results when the office environment is at its peak intensity. Team-Player: Committed to the "we" rather than the "I," ensuring that successes are shared and challenges are tackled together.
