Job TitleTotal Reward Specialist | Job Architecture - 24 month FTCLocationWokingThe Total Reward Specialist supports the ongoing development, governance and maintenance of the organisation’s job architecture, job evaluation and market pricing framework. The role helps ensure consistent job levelling, accurate role profiling, credible benchmarking and fair, market aligned reward decisions across functions and regions.Operating as a knowledgeable practitioner within the People Operations team, the Specialist contributes to job evaluation activity, pay range design and market analysis. The role supports the People function and business stakeholders through clear guidance, well governed processes and strong analytical capability. The Specialist also assists with broader total reward activities as required, drawing on a solid understanding of compensation and benefits programmes.- Maintain the job catalogue by coordinating updates to role profiles and ensuring alignment with governance standards.Job Evaluation & Role Profiling Assist in the creation and refinement of role profiles, ensuring consistent structure and quality.Provide guidance to People Business Partners and managers on job levelling processes and documentation requirements.Broader Total Reward Support Assist with compensation and benefits projects (e.g., pay review, policy updates, benchmarking cycles, benefits evaluations) as required.Support global reward initiatives as required by the Senior Total Reward Manager.Experience in compensation, reward or HR analytics, ideally within a global or multimarket environment.Working knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, job levelling or job architecture concepts.- Experience with market benchmarking and the use of compensation surveys.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and commitment to process discipline.- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and business stakeholders.Proficiency in Excel and HR systems.Experience maintaining or applying global job architectures or job family frameworks.Familiarity with common job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Korn Ferry, Mercer, WTW, Radford).- Experience in compensation governance, pay structures or benefits programmes.We offer a wide – ranging benefits package, which includes:* Structured career development framework* 25 days’ holiday, plus bank holiday.
