Duties
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and courteously.
* Analyse customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary to ensure resolution.
* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
* Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
* Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and identify appropriate solutions.
* Strong Microsoft Office Knowledge.
