Main duties of the job
* Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients attending Dermatology clinics
* Maintain the highest standards of clinical and professional practice
* Work collaboratively with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent continuity of care
* Contribute to service delivery, improvement, and patient experience initiatives
* Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and the values of PHL Synaptik and the NHS

Person Specification
Essential Criteria
* Minimum of two years experience within Dermatology or a closely related specialty
* Demonstrated record of high-quality clinical care and patient safety
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to professional development and continuous learning
Desirable Criteria
* Prior experience in an in-sourcing or elective recovery setting
* Familiarity with NHS systems and processes
