SLH are partnering our client a contractor who are looking to appoint dry-liners on a new build commercial project within the west Midlands. The successful candidate/s will require relevant experience and time spent working as a dry-liner on commercial projects coupled with all relevant qualifications including a valid Skilled CSCS card and relevant PPE and tools, materials will be supplied. Duties will consist of: * reading plans and drawings * measure and cut plasterboard * fixing plasterboard to metal or wooden studding to build walls * fitting plasterboard to masonry walls * creating suspended ceilings and raised flooring * filling joints with plaster * concealing electrics * applying final finishes * creating soundproofing etc. * Carrying out remedial works/snags This position would be paid on a day rate basis, with work output and quality outputted reviewed against a targeted program, this would be an immediate start once references hav been obtained, and is ideal for a team Dry-liners who are looking for medium to long term freelance work, you will also have support from on project labour to assist with manovering of materials etc. A strong command of written and commuicated Engilished is required for this position...
