As an Implementation Consultant at Payter, you will help customers successfully roll out our products. You guide them through the full journey from the first conversations before the sale to the moment everything is live and working.
You create a clear step-by-step plan together with the customer, based on their specific needs. You keep track of timelines and make sure all teams involved inside and outside Payter do their part at the right time. You also keep everyone informed about progress and manage several customer projects at once.
During the implementation, you offer training, answer technical questions, and support customers during testing and the go-live phase. You’ll work closely with different teams at Payter and with the customer to ensure a smooth and successful launch.

What do you bring?

You have about 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as implementation consultant or project manager.
You have basic knowledge of software integrations like APIs (JSON/XML), TCP/IP, or similar technologies.
You have experience in areas such as project management, testing, customer support, documentation, or training.
You care about customer needs and want to offer the best possible experience.
You’re organized and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Experience with tools like Postman or Swagger is a plus, as is any programming experience.
Knowledge of vending, parking, transit, or payment systems (such as OCPP/OCPI, MDB) is a bonus.
You communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written. Other languages are a plus.
You’re able to turn customer requests into practical solutions.
