The Horbury Group is delighted to offer an opportunity to join our team as an Office Administrator on a 12-month maternity cover contract (until December 2026). This is a 21-hour-per-week position, with flexibility to tailor the working days and hours to suit both you and the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing proactive administrative support to Directors and Managers.
* Managing busy diaries and coordinating key meetings, taking accurate minutes and following up on actions where required.
* Creating and scheduling posts across all Group social media platforms and supporting internal and external marketing activities when required.
* Assisting with the organisation of charity initiatives, tracking donations and promoting involvement.
* Coordinating lunches where required, client entertainment, staff events and corporate functions.
* Collating and managing essential reports and preparing monthly management meeting packs.
* Logging and forwarding training requirements to the Training Team.
* Monitoring staff holidays and ensuring procedures are followed.

What We're Looking For:
* Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
* Confident with technology and Microsoft Office packages.
* Marketing and/or social media experience would be an advantage.
* Able to work independently and proactively.
* Comfortable working under pressure in a professional environment.
* Previous administration experience.
* Ability to work effectively with Director-level staff.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Friendly, helpful and collaborative attitude.
