Job Description
1. Support quality and reliability initiatives across aerospace composite manufacturing operations.
2. Partner with R&D, production, and engineering teams to evaluate issues, drive improvements, and strengthen processes.
3. Work with woven composites, machining, and component-level testing tied to engine programs.
4. Interface with customers, major OEM partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve technical concerns.
5. Coordinate quality and engineering activities between this site and external partners including material suppliers.
6. Contribute to lean initiatives, continuous improvement, and manufacturing readiness for high‑rate production.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Continuous Improvement Engineer should have:
7. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (aerospace or mechanical preferred).
8. Experience in aviation, composites, or manufacturing engineering.
9. Understanding of quality principles, reliability engineering, or root‑cause investigation.
10. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering and production teams.
11. Ability to work onsite at a high‑activity aerospace manufacturing and R&D location.
12. Comfortable working with external partners and major industry OEMs.
