Based at St. John’s Hospital, this Band 8a role offers 37 hours per week with a salary scale of £62,681 - £67,665. It is a fixed-term position providing leadership within the mental health pharmacy team, working across various mental health specialties, including adult and older people's mental health. Responsibilities include pharmaceutical care provision, medication reviews, medicines information, high-dose antipsychotic monitoring, adherence to the Mental Health Act, and patient/carer education.
We seek a pharmacist with substantial clinical experience, preferably in mental health, with leadership skills and a commitment to service development. Candidates must have a Master of Pharmacy, GPhC registration, and be annotated as an Independent Prescriber. A postgraduate diploma or master's in clinical pharmacy is essential.
