Few & Far is hiring a Lead Bartender/Server
Few & Far is a sister restaurant to Forage, with a hyper seasonal/local farm to table focus.
We are looking for a humble, ego-free & creative Lead Bartender/Server who is focused and hospitality-driven to round out our management team.
You should have a few years of experience in a like-minded restaurant, be passionate about food and beverage and be able to work quickly & calmly while still maintaining a high level of service. A love for hospitality and a desire to learn about local food are a must, with a good knowledge of wine and spirits, a balance of creativity and administration with strong follow through.
Ideal candidates work well in a team environment and are excited to create seasonal craft cocktails in a fast-paced and fun/positive atmosphere.
This is a leadership role with room for growth — we’re looking for someone who’s interested in stepping into more responsibility over time, with the potential to grow into an Assistant General Manager position.
